Daily hair washing routine.

Hey there! Thanks a ton for commenting on my post. I'm really happy to have you here. I'm super excited to assist you on your hair journey and share all the tips and tricks you need to stop over-washing your hair.

First things first, let's talk about the quality of your hair products.

Have you considered investing in something a little better? Using cheaper brands might seem like a good idea, but you end up spending more money in the long run. Investing in a product that works well for you and your hair is totally worth it. Take a look at your daily routine and figure out when you prefer to wash your hair. If you're open to it, we can explore a gentler approach to your hair washing schedule. My goal is to help you reduce the frequency of washing, but we'll take it one step at a time. Half-days will be your new best friends!

Let's say you currently wash your hair every night. I challenge you to try going to bed with unwashed hair and washing it the next morning, adding an additional 12

hours between washes (36 hours). You can go at your own pace. If you're up for it, start by doing this every day for a week. If you prefer a quicker approach, wash your hair the following morning and then jump to 48 hours before the next wash.

Gradually increasing the time between washes will allow your scalp to regulate its oil production.

There are also other tricks you can try, such as being mindful of the type of brush you use, avoiding going to bed with wet hair, and refraining from putting your hair up in buns or ponytails when it's wet. Additionally, using leave-in conditioners and oils, as well as visiting hair salons for maintenance like trims, scalp treatments, and keratin treatments, can be really beneficial.
